Naptime with Kyubi

At last! ~huberer’s requested Naruhina pic is finished!

This drawing is part of my NaruHina+Kyu project, which basically consists of pictures of the daily life of Naruto and Hinata in a post-shippuden future, and how the fact that one of them has a evil demon living inside him affects their relationship.
Explanation for this image follows:

In his early days as Hokage, Naruto would arrive home so tired that he would practically fall asleep over the first warm and cuddly thing he’d find in his way, aka, Hinata. But of course, as the Hokage’s wife and as the leader to-be of the Hyuga clan, Hina-chan has her own business to attend and sometimes arrives home later than Naruto. That’s when this kind of situation takes place.
Kyubi-sama doesn’t like to be used as a pillow, but if Hinata asks him kindly while she scratches him behind the ears, how can he just refuse?
Hinata is in “omg,sleepingNarutoissocute”-mode, and, judging Naruto by his happy face, his probably dreaming about his lovely Hinata… or about some nice and tasty ramen bowl.

There was supposed to be some kind of Japanese styled background for this one, but my brain sort-of melted away when I got to that part, and I decided to keep the bg as simple as possible. Also, the clothes they are wearing are a design of my own, even if I tried to stay true to the colors that both characters usually wear.

I hope ~huberer doesn’t feel disappointed about this pic, since I took so much freedom in its theme and composition. Anyways, please look forward to see Hinata taking Kyubi-sama for a walk! *laughs*
